The North Carolina Supreme Court ordered 260 ballots to be invalidated after they were challenged for being “never residents” by Jefferson Griffin, a NC Supreme Court candidate.

But Popular Information and Anderson Alerts identified 29 people whose votes were discarded who have lived in the state.
