Visible has helped me pace much better than I used to. It also tracks symptoms and does some other things. I got the subscription version after trying the free app.

I’m also using Visible. It’s been hugely helpful, & you can customize the symptoms you track. I used the free version for about a week before I got the subscription version, which I used w/o the armband for a few weeks due to shipping delays.
Every iteration was increasingly helpful.

I suck at keeping up with stuff like tracking apps but they make it really easy & the benefits have been a big motivator to keep it up.

Hello, I'm using Visible (the paid version with the armband heart rate monitor) but there is also a free version as well where you can track symptoms.

I use the free version of Visible, and a paid version of Bearable. I have found Bearable easiest to set up and it keeps improving with each update.

I’ve been using the free version of Visible and it’s been helping some. I’m hesitate to buy the armband and subscription because it’s a lot of $$ and I’m not sure how much more helpful it’ll be.

Well I have no impulse control so I immediately bought both. It'll be a couple of weeks before the armband gets here though. I'll try to remember to get on here and update.
