The man who sicced the black-shirted thugs on this woman is Sheriff Bob Norris. The man jeering, "Look at this little girl over here...We've got to be a little aggressive with some of these folks here... Your voice is meaningless right now...I can talk over all of you" is "voice actor" Ed Bejarana.
