Everyone should be taking cash out of the banks, open a different account, possibly at a different bank. I did. I kept my original account. With just enough to keep it open so I can catch these things in check. I won’t hesitate to sue.
I have one account I use for government interactions (we used to foster). They've made honest mistakes that almost cost me big. I wouldn't want to be on the end of that maliciously.
