I think a tutorial might be interesting, not just for showing how to do marching cubes specifically, but for illustrating how to write and invoke computer shaders in Godot.

if only! i don't really know shaders well at all. this is running on the CPU which is not great. I need to convert it to a shader if I want more performance

Always good to share the knowledge. I’m currently doing some writeups for my day&night module and the terrain generation with compute shaders that I’m working on so that hopefully others can implement it with less hassle :)
