Trump will probably go to Zelensky and say that if he doesn't agree to Russia taking Crimea and even more territory, he'll cut off all aid to Ukraine. He could also threaten to help Putin directly which would probably make the loss of territory much more palatable than continuing the fight.

Nobody has a real plan to end the war, least the Russians. The worldwide right thinks letting Russia occupy Ukraine would satisfy them and lead to peace. Russian occupation is not peace. They would just rearm and hunger for more territory.

Putin hasn’t maintained his nuclear warheads, but don’t doubt he has many. Ukraine has 15 nuclear reactors & is size of TX. U.S. only has 93. In 1991 Ukraine was 3rd largest nuclear power in world. Putin wants Ukraine for this reason.
