First albums I ever bought were Dark Side, Al Di Meola's Elegant Gypsy, Jean Luke Ponty's Imaginary Voyage. I won senior lottery which was 5 Albums at Tower Records. Gave one to friend who sold me ticket and the other in singles. Can't recall what they were. Lost them in a hot car mass warp.
Just listened to Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here over the last couple of nights, after not listening to them for years. Classics that still hold up.
Also, for a different vibe, I've been listening to Gilmour's On and Island album. Beautiful, mellow music.
