30 years ago today, Eileen Collins became the first woman to pilot the space shuttle. She made this historic journey on board Discovery, with STS-63. Collins would later became the first woman to command the space shuttle. 👩🏻‍🚀🚀💪🏻

I'll freely admit ST:VOY was the 'Trek series I grew up with (TOS+TAS was well before my time, TNG ended when I was too young, DS9 started similarly, VOY fell right into the sweet spot).

Basically all I'm saying: Captain Janeway's still my favourite!
