My grandmother used to take me to Horn & Hardart in Philadelphia when we were shopping. I'm sure it's just nostalgia in my memory, but it was the BEST *baked* macaroni & cheese.
Also a local short-lived Ft Worth pizza place that made delicious East Coast style pizza. Too real for Texans, I guess!
