No a minority government would be National and maybe one coalition partner if they can nail that down, surely? They would be balanced by Labour/Greens/TPM and Winston would decide every damn thing
that's up to the rest of the Labour party, as i understand it. generally after they lose an election there is a vote to decide if the leader stays on or if they want to choose a replacement.

Hehe don't be sorry! So much stuff floating at the moment. Yeah, so the latest is that if they can't figure out a majority govt by 21st Dec, a minority govt is allowed. But it might still mean Nat + others. Not Labour + others. So not sure 🤷♀️
hmm. as far as i know, any group is allowed to form a government if they can muster a majority by coalition and/or confidence and supply agreements, so it should be possible. it would be nice if the media were doing their jobs and asking these questions for us lmao
