I don't know if you have talked about this in your videos or website but i do not understand why in the UK of all places there was not until now it seems , adequate organizing and especially fundraising, for legal representation like this Good law project ? Why wait after the fact ?

This isn't the first time the good law project has dipped it's toes into this area.

They had, up until recently given up on trans people as a lost legal cause as they couldn't seem to win any cases and iirc donated the last lot of cash raised to various charities.

i have very little knowledge of the situation in the UK except the obvious level of anti-trans campaigning but i am surprised with what seems lack of professional let's say opposition to those efforts. For example i have not heard of for-profit lobbying firms doing work on this . Anyway, thanks!

yes that is why they have enough money to support their bs agenda , kinda obvious right. In case you did not read what i asked Katy , my Q was how come there wasn't a more concerted respond to the GC assault (in my limited view) , fundraising plays a big part in legal and lobbying battles
