My dad was ill with cancer for past few months. I woke up Sat in Vegas to news he died. I was there for Benavidez-Morrell so still covered fight. He wasn't big sports fan but when I was growing up he was Tyson fan & was excited when I intro'd them in '13 at BWAA dinner I was honored at. #RIP, Dad
