One thing I find interesting is the way people seem to think people like Musk or Trump being psychopaths/narcissists means they don't genuinely believe their white nationalist/neo-Nazis ideologies.

I'd say the opposite: nothing aligns better with narcissism than an inherently narcissistic ideology.
