I asked all of the FF/FG canvassers or politicians I met before the election what policies they would enact to reduce the price of residential property. None of them understood the question, it was a concept beyond their understanding.

Anyway, this is a policy decision to make more families homeless in order to increase investment funds’ profits.
The housing crisis is only addressed by policies which lower the cost of housing- rent and purchase- and neither the state bureaucracy nor the landlord classes want that.
