Ireland joining France and Finland - but it requires 7 countries. Next in line are: Spain 70% Belgium 54% Netherlands 48% Slovenia 48% Denmark 34% Germany 34% Sweden 34% Very many people don't know about this. So if you are in any of these countries, or know people with reach who are, get on it.

This is wonderful, really hope it spreads. But. When I've been in any Irish hospital, or in a government/council office, I tell them my name and pretty much without fail they'll say something like: "Just take a seat over there Kathleen".
