I think Lumon started tracking Gemma at the blood donation when she met Mark. I also think Gemma was troubled right from the get go & I’m curious her history pre-mark. I love that twice the question was asked to please speak like a normal person. I say that line a lot in my everyday life! Love this

Maybe the blood donation thing was a whole set up & Gemma was being tracked before that. You know how they sometimes recruit from big employers & such? Maybe she responded to the blood donation from a flier or something she’d seen posted somewhere. AND Dr Maury is obviously in love with Gemma so..
