The burger part's the patty, not the bread. A ground meat (/meat-imitating) patty between two pieces of white bread is still a (bad) burger. A chicken breast in bread, even in a bun, is just a sandwich.

At least in the US, where this restaurant is. Your UK usage may vary (by being wrong 😛).
