Joe Biden just defined all the things that are wrong with the oligarchy we are becoming, but he did absolutely nothing to stop it from happening for the past 4 years. If anything he helped it by hiring a head of DOJ who refused to charge large companies with obvious fraud. Very infuriating stuff
