When I started screenwriting, I wrote in 3 Acts. I switched to 4 Acts just before my first sale.
I was writing and teaching in 8 sequences before I knew that was even a thing.
However you're writing today, it's likely now how you'll be writing tomorrow.

What's the point of doing something you're already perfect at, after all?
(I agree with the general point of always learning and growing but, just saying, sometimes it’s nice for things to be easy. Writing just isn’t that thing for me 😆)
