Everyone who says it doesn’t matter if someone in a position of power like a parent, or teacher, or coach, or boss, or the President of the United States is “mean” as long as they are an effective leader can GO FUCK THEMSELVES. Being an asshole is neither a prerequisite nor an acceptable excuse.
