Panic buying got United into this mess. Casemiro, Antony just two examples.
I’m not sure Tel was the answer.
United have been mocked for short term decisions with no plan and no strategy and we’ve been bent over on transfer fees by other clubs.
No more.

We’ve habitually done short term deals to paper over the cracks and it costs us every time. I’d rather get the right players at the right prices in the summer than getting held to ransom by other clubs.
In amortisation, that’s a £50m purchase in the summer.
It was short notice due to Martinez's injury, but not getting a left back and still letting Malacia go on loan is going to haunt us for the rest of the season unless there is an academy prospect who can put in a shift.
The way I see it: The $ is running the club vs the club running the $.
We were already short in that position and Dorgu will need time to get up to speed.
Evans is still out, Luke Shaw won't be back for ~20 days (and he will probably get injured within a week).
Ayden Heaven may help but we keep putting CBs/RBs at LB.
