Phonopolis in Mile End for sure. Dieu du Ciel is the best beer I’ve ever had and they have a brewpub. Barranco for the best Peruvian food outside of Peru itself.
I'm sadly uninformed about record shops but I can recommend the Orange Cafe on Decarie Boulevard for some incredible breakfast/lunch! A bit outside the downtown area but very much worth it. Enjoy your stay!! 🥰
Really? How long are you there? I buy from Primitive records and I think Beatnik is the other one. I've found lots of ye-ye stuff there. But I haven't been there since before COVID. It's a cold time to be there!!
There's also a place near St-Viateur that sells the best margharita pizza by the kilo, can't remember the name but definitely worth poking around the neighborhood to find it.
Oh, and stop by Pantalons Superieur for custom fitted Levi's, if just for the experience - the guys who run it are a hoot, and they'll hem them on the spot.

L’Oblique is a great record store.
Ma Poule Mouillée is a great Portuguese restaurant as well.
There’s really too many places!
