I've seen multiple videos from repair technicians who state it's damaging in the long term to open the door before hitting cancel (while the unit is still cooking) is damaging to the microwave. Look it up.

When I don't fetch my food or drink out of it right away and it keeps beeping every 20 seconds I tell it "Nobody likes a nag!"

I do, it's annoying as shit. So is the message "you're food is ready" when it clearly isn't. And the beep that goes off every minute after cooking when you want your food to cool for a few minutes. I hate microwaves.
