As a stranger on the internet to you, I hope this doesn't come across wrong. My intentions are pure, though I have no idea what you are experiencing. May I humbly suggest hypnosis to reduce impact? I wish you better days and nights no matter whether you try it or not.
I have had and still have them all except nightmares and flashbacks, but I'm not sure what flashbacks are. I usually have quite nice dreams. I get through by acting as if I'm ok although too often people tell me I'm not. Get fed up of it all sometimes.
