When the healthcare system takes a tech or system approach not a person centred approach it can cause more harm.

The way I was treated during radiotherapy traumatised me just as much as my cancer diagnosis. The staff were usually kind, but the system was set up to aid the system. Not patients. This felt so cruel. Tech is not going to work if the underlying attitude towards patients is like my experience
