i've never posted this sequence anywhere ! which feels a bit wrong, since i made the whole film just to get to this point. at the time, i felt a little embarrassed explaining this to other people for some reason LOL #animation

Oh my god I'm so sorry I didn't think about linking it but since I have been asked, the whole thing is here!! I'm blown away by the reception thank you!! This film is 3 years old now... 🤧 https://youtu.be/ubRldOiy244?feature=shared
I will have you know I watched this when it released and my friends and I have been looking for it since then. For years. We resigned to it being lost media and then... here it is, on my feed!
wow! haa i am sorry it's hard to search since I havent written much about the film or tried describing it (and also the title is long), i actually dont have a good sense of how many people have seen the film at all. I'm surprised that there are people who remember it too.. thank you so much!
My extended friend group has watched it twice in VR, at meetups of about 30-40 people! It was a blast! :>
I don't have a photo of us watching it but I have a photo of us watching the next short on our playlist right after!
thanks ruby !!!! it really was a huge reason why i wanted to see it finished, so im extremely relieved to know that it stood out to other people too... this sequence and following scenes leading up to the end were the first things i storyboarded for the whole film 🥲
I'm absolutely spell bound by not just the animation and quick movements, but what you did with the audio. the gestures, and the gui just feel so on point. really lovely work!
I'm glad you like it !! Actually, the sound design (and music) was handled by Paul cardon, this sequence also had some additional sound work done by Stephen forsyth !! They did amazing!!!!
I love this sequence! It's so funny and wonderfully smooth! ♥️ My favorite detail was when the friend with the bag kept running and I loved the hand sign Simon says sequence it made me laugh!
haha yeah... the film has been published for quite a while, but I wasn't sure if this clip would have been interesting to share on its own !! clearly I was wrong
This sequence is so good it had me mesmerized, like, it's so fun but also the little bits of continuity like how the sleeve stays pulled up until the motions ease it down gradually
the rock paper sciccors part is so funny, do they have to win like 10 time? are they calculating a unique randomness profile based on rps winrate? hahaha
I remember being blessed to discover this film some time ago, definitely one of my all time favorites. I shared the hell out of it to my animation students and they all loved it.
THIS IS SO FUN!!! omg there's a time when the dude stops being stressed and smiles along then back to stress. Now that's a security system i would never survive lol

I can't even imagine how long it took to make the movement so smooth 😍
This is amazing!! the animation is flawless 😭
I LOVE IT!!!!!
I love the friendship of the characters and the quirks of the short. It’s lovely.
Thank you, it's incredible.
I don't have a photo of us watching it but I have a photo of us watching the next short on our playlist right after!
do you think the character [sorry i dont know their name] would beat password game ?
My brain after processing: Nice. I'd never get through that system.
My brain after enjoying thoroughly, pausing and re-watching certain parts over and over again: Holy crap that's a lot of work.
this two are my favorite sequence of ya movie
The most ridiculous door mechanisms ever! XD
Idk if the full film is colored or not, but this reminds me of before animation gets colored and i love that kinda stuff so much
