The UK's National Insurance Fund Account has a surplus of £86.4bn.
It supposedly funds pensions and benefits. But benefits cut, two-child benefit cap, winter fuel payment cut, the 1950s women denied pension rights.
Raided for Tory NIC cuts to the rich, NIC holidays in freeports.

Underpayment error 520m!
So... Net underpayments cover twice as much as actual fraud... But it's fraud that needs draconic measures to counter

1950’s WASPI women found their pensions raised to match men’s because of sex discrimination laws.
It would have been fairer to lower the men’s pension age to match theirs (especially considering the men have lower life expectancy).
Westminster even poisons attempts at equality.
Most of the public sector workforce is female and hit by govt wage cuts.
The whole state pension system is a shambolic mess.
Every step of the way it has been muddled by poorly considered reactive politics.
People should not retire into poverty because they were underpaid their entire lives.
I’m not entirely sure what happens to the pound and uk government bonds if that gets used, or even if it can. But it’s there, I think!
