Barring that, the cut-off hasn't been raised in over 50 years. All we have to do is raise the % amount the cost of living has gone up since Reagan declared war on prosperity for all.

Exactly. The 3 reforms needed are:

1. Eliminate the cap and tax ALL income for Social Security.
2. Congress pays back the trillions of dollars that it "borrowed" from the social security trust fund to pay for unsanctioned wars.
3. Expand benefits.
