Her home was dangerously cluttered, she hadn’t had heating since before Christmas, and her health was suffering. When Cambridge Cyrenians’ Older Homeless Service team stepped in, we found she was living with mounting debt, unable to attend doctors' appointments, and at serious risk of self-neglect.
