I think a lot of professions (such as teaching) are still figuring out where it’s useful for them. At least in this case, we can all agree it has its uses. We just need to educate on where those start and end

Yep lol. Like PII was just the tip of the iceberg of what I experienced at VSP - and I worked there just before HIPPA was in effect (I was hired on during the implementation of its standards)

After having a nurse lose her mind when we told her to stop propping the pharmacy in the psych ward door open, I don't think I can be surprised anymore.
