The first picture looks like a BTR-50PU, which was built from 1958/59. It was a command vehicle with more radio technology and so on, but only had room for 10 men. Normally 20 men fit in a BTR-50. The last modernizations took place in the early 70s.

This stuff is so rusty you can throw a stone and penetrate it on both sides. BTR-50 is like “Coffin on tracks” to borrow description of Sherman tanks from Allied crews when facing Ze Germans in (Jagd-)Panzer IVs/Panthers/Tigers.

That's not much of a defense, TBH. The M113 is still an awesome battlefield taxi just like in the Vietnam days. Also still just as useless for assault roles, which is what the orc forces are using their relics for.
