Seems that the price does not include the jets, but provides support for jets that is provided by other countries. Ukraine received 16 F16 so far (?). The support and training is very critical part of making those F16 useful. If you compare other F16 deals, the price seems fair.

Now we're potentially talking. $50M is nothing in the defense of a big nation at full scale war, but $310M of critical spare parts and more for the fleet is really important. Will have to see it in Ukraine before I believe it tho.
