That sounds absolutely delicious! What's your ratio or do you measure with your heart? I need to do this for work breakfast because I threw a TJ's frozen hash brown and two Applegate's turkey sausage links in a dish telling myself I'll microwave it when I get to work in the morning. Sad meal!

Totally get it. Current me always thinks future me is gonna have so much motivation to do productive things. Like when I thought I'd make smoothies daily and even for a ninja blender... That is in the closet.😄
