I have believed a thing for 45+ years, that I found out yesterday to be false. Quite shocking really. I thought that what Tiggers liked best was yeast extract, or marmite (or vegemite because Kanga is an Aussie) but it is in fact malt extract which is completely different. - ThreadSky

so, today we are going in to town to try to find some malt extract. Apparently available in health food shops, and used in brewing.

I am still of the opinion that a spoonful of vegemite would be a more internally consistent and funny thing for Kanga to feed Roo as strengthening medicine

I think I went wrong with my tigger food thinking when the Men at Work song in 1981 introduced us to the concept of a vegemite sandwich. I found out it was yeast extract and I guessed it was the same thing as malt extract - and it made *total* sense for a kangaroo to have some in the cupboard.
