What's the weirdest thing your pet is scared of?

She's scared of a lot of/most things, so the weirdest thing is that she is NOT scared of the vacuum cleaner.

My electric kettle when I start boiling water for tea. She starts pacing and howling her little head off.

My cat freaks out and runs all over the house whenever I flap a new trash bag around to open it up before I put it in the trash can.

The sound of a plastic bag

I had a black lab years ago that was afraid of heavy downpours. Walking him during a thunderstorm was quite the adventure.

Her brush
She will run out of the room at the sight of it.

Also, she basically has no hair … so it’s just ‘the brush’

Her own reflection in/on glass.

My dog barks at snowmen. We don’t get much snow in TX, so white snow creatures appearing in front yards around the neighborhood freaked her out. 😂

My dog is scared of feet.

The beeps when the oven is done preheating. Tears the door up trying to scratch her way out of the house

Noise

The rattle of cutlery. She’s a big German Sheperd too 🤦🏻‍♂️

Cucumbers

Her own poop.

Flies that she hasn't managed to kill after 5 minutes.
