I once heard a talk in 1993 or so where the title was “Why the Christian Right is Wrong” The speaker made a chilling prophesy that they wanted to turn our country into, “ the United States of Jesus Christ America”. I wish I could remember who that speaker was. Sadly, I think he’s no longer with us.
