Working on getting my body back in shape after last years Christmas eatery. Best is to just f-ing do it. Don't think about going to the gym. Just go. I am also meeting with a PT friend tomorrow to get a program that helps me reach my strength goals (100 kg squat x5, 10 pullups)

Btw biceps are also my weakest link - my arms in general. I wish i could transfer fat from the belly area into my biceps 😂
