Both. Squats because I hurts my back in december (herniated disk) and pullups because my biceps have always been my weakest link. And and because I'm fat (95kg) 😅

Btw biceps are also my weakest link - my arms in general. I wish i could transfer fat from the belly area into my biceps 😂
