I don't understand Captain America 4. It is very slow and unexciting. I'm on my second watching but I have to do it in parts. The movie literally puts me to sleep.

In fact, who even is the bad guy and what is their plot? Scrotum-head is a side-quest, at best.
I'm a big Sam Wilson fan. He's a better Captain America than Steve. I was expecting so much.
