He'd have to borrow shares to do that. You borrow shares, sell it fast, and then buy more shares to return the borrowed shares to the lender. If the price goes down between when you borrowed and when you bought more shares, you are returning the shares at a lower price than you bought them.

Common misconception but she was actually convicted on lying to the feds during their investigation into the insider trading. They ultimately determined there wasn't enough evidence to prove she was insider trading so they dropped that.

“Vous”here in Québec or “vouvoyer” is politness, so to the elderly, adult strangers and “ important” people.. as a nurse, I say “vous” to all who are adults, until someone asks me to “tutoyer” them, meaning saying “tu” instead equivalent of “you”bc being “vouvoyer” sometimes makes you feel old.. lol
