An 'advisory' is one thing, warning against travel is another. Governments issue advisories for nearly every country on earth. Only some of those advisories recommend against travel to that country.

None so far advise against travel to the US.

https://Gov.ca updated information about having to register if you’re staying 30+ days and advising that devices can be searched and confiscated. There is nothing saying not to go. It’s basically common sense to not go.

I mean, my kid and his teacher and his team have a 14 hour bus ride. And I know it’s gonna be a really cool experience, but I just don’t see how parents from other countries could send their kids to the US. I’m gonna make sure my kid goes and sees his doctor and is up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Oh yeah, my 14-year-old is going with his teacher and his classmates. It is very expensive to go because they close off a whole convention center and all the adults have to have background checks and you have to be registered with a team. Apparently it’s not really a spectator event.
