Love games that let you create characters kind of in-depth but not super. I am mildly faceblind, including our face and alters inner look so recreating any of us is uh. Not doable.

But in ffxiv for example I can at least capture everyones 'vibe' (and then let our kids loose to take silly pics, lol)
