Wow, that Moonlander looks awesome. 😀 I don't need the numpad, maybe I should consider it. My RSI is mostly under control too. Sometimes it flares up when I have a stressful week ,then I just take more breaks and plan accordingly.
For my original SAD symptoms years back, yes vit D solved it. Since covid I had crazy brain fog+tiredness, which I couldn’t shift until I discovered NAC and the change was dramatic. Still take vit D.

Switching to a keyboard without the numpad so the mouse is closer helped, currently on ZSA Moonlander + Logitec Lift.
