I don’t recall Kyle Rittenhouse being treated this way. Luigi’s being treated like a terrorist. It’s messed up that someone who kills a wealthy man gets treated like this, while someone who kills regular people doesn’t. Rittenhouse got away with murder and was never treated like this.

I could never have guessed this from all the cops murdering black people on the street without any repercussions.

They hypocrisy is ridiculous.
Who is considered a "terrorist" is up to elites.
So of course they're going to define him as a terrorist.
The CEO's actions led to the death of thousands of people, and he's not defined as a terrorist.
(Hi to all my fans in the NSA.)
Cap'n Obvious says they want to punish him to cause fear.
And Trump will pardon all the Jan 6 people to encourage violence from his followers.
One can be charged with 1st Degree with death in New York under special circumstances such as terrorism.
What can the university do?
But again even if we accepted this misguided claim about terrorising jewish students, to what end? Need to disrupt those with some power.
Did give the genocide some profile though.
State your case I’m willing to entertain it.
I’m not exactly fond of the whole Jews only club.
But Muslims aren’t exactly higher achievers are they? Most of their countries are highly theological and major petro producers.
Instead, a majority of Muslims, 53%, cast their ballots for Green Party candidate Jill Stein, according to a poll from the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an advocacy organization.
Because a lot of the students/protesters are part of Jewish Voices for Peace.
JVP has been a primary organizer for Palestine.

Every group or person one chooses to ally with is a moral judgement.
I'm not going to tell you your morals.
I'll work with a lot of groups, but I can count my ride-or-die comrades on one hand.
Is it more important to work with anyone on board to stop that genocide, or decide you won't work with someone because you have serious (very serious) points of disagreement?
And those points mean you're not going to be allies after this?
I tried to be an organizer back in my 20's.
I purity-tested.
...I figured out the hard way that purity testing is a great way to drive off allies.
I mean, if very few people measure up to one's standards, that gives you very few allies.
Pretty obvious in retrospect.
The universities have big investments in both Israeli corporations and in the same arms manufacturers that are profiting off the genocide in Gaza.
The students are also investing lots of money to go to the universities.
... I'd say they should have a say. They're paying for it.
And said CEO financially benefits from policy.
The CEO is just as responsible as a leader who encourages his troops to commit war crimes. He's deliberately causing people to die for $.
Second:
That's profit-seeking by pharma companies and hospitals.
Which is allowed by the government and also kills people.
My friend died, he ran out of insulin.
He was a type 1 diabetic.
We're focusing on this CEO, not other murderous CEO's.
If I'm prosecuted for peacefully protesting (and I survive prison),
I might be able to successfully seek asylum in a saner country.
Israel wants the land. So they have to drastically reduce the number of Palestinians on the land.
Terrorist charges can be earned for destruction of property if it involves monkeywrenching oil industry machinery.
However, I view it as somewhat inevitable.
Great changes are needed. Our government is bought.
We can peacefully disrupt things, and hopefully it will work.
But the police will still be kicking our asses a lot, if nonviolent resistance works.
