I hate to burst the bubble on so many Peter Pan theories (they’re still relevant but she likes to mix muses) but like… it’s giving Narnia. You go in one door in a closet and end up going through a portal to a new world. Please I’m begging y’all to read up on the Narnia series as well as Peter Pan.

I mean we could make any closet reference about Narnia, but I don’t think that’s what she’s intending to reference.

That song is very Peter Pan coded to me - he was the leader of the lost boys. He’s the one that never grew up! He’s the one who lost Wendy. Pevensie doesn’t fit the way Pan does.
