A lot of good observations and fixes.

Out of all of them, besides maybe discord, this one makes me the saddest.

Everyone uses YouTube, but its layout and the experience feels like a fight. Why can't I see my subscriptions easier? Why is everything hidden? Why can't I remove shorts?

Kinda feels like YouTube prioritizes dark patterns before user satisfaction to keep us on the site more.
