Loved Naomi's arguments for Lords reform. Far too little is made of how over-inflated it is compared to any other country, outside China. I hope to see the Lords halved and become a fully elected second chamber in my lifetime.

I know the "Quiet" element is important but blimey, Naomi's righteous rant about the House of Lords was absolutely brilliant and quite galvanising - I'd sort of slipped into some lazy thinking about it, but to hear the sheer absurdity of it articulated this way was brilliant.

Interesting discussion on Lords, I think it shows the problem of being too ideological in this debate though. For me a fully elected 2nd chamber is redundant at best. I think we need a hybrid of elected (on longer terms), selected - representing different aspects of society and drawn by lot!
