Threads fumbled by priortizing influencers just like Instagram. I get why they'd want to do that at the start, but after a year, it becomes tiresome seeing the same "Am I the only one who eats peanut butter & jelly sandwiches?" type posts for engagement.

I think ever since Elon Musk rebranded Twitter most people were hoping a strong competitor would come along. There's way too much wrong with Threads though, it's like a failed social experiment people flocked to because it was literally the only alternative at the time. It's just bots now.
