I saw this film with a friend at the cinema. We bought a bottle of wine and some toasties because we are old and why not. There was one other person in the cinema, right behind us. I said I hope we are not bothering you with our paraphernalia. They said I feel like I’m interrupting your date.
I looked at the toasties and the wine and saw the parallel universe where in one version it’s a date and in another it’s just too friends making the most of an afternoon because sometimes a good film, a bottle of wine and a toasties is a truely peak experience.

It was a solid movie
It actually helped give some context to some things we already knew
Pretty good movie and I thought the sets, costume and hair & make up teams did a wonderful job of amercing us in that time & place
Also, Maria Bakalova was really good as Ivana Trump.
Not exactly how Frank Herbert wrote it .... Chani was not such a brooding malcontent but I guess it had to be done this way to appease certain demographics. Please don't f*ck up movies to preach about equality. Not sure if Dune Messiah will be made given its religious context.
Bruh there was sand in practically every scene! And prophecy dialogue set up to pick up on from the first movie and onwards over and over again. Every scene carrying some kind of meaning toward the overarching narrative. Repetetively engaging, how dreadful 😁
It's nice so many people liked it, but after only one viewing, it had be both bored and disappointed. Can only see this as an overrated film - it and it's predecessor.
there wasnt really any great contenders alongside this that i can name off the top of my head but take the spot i guess, if it's up there it's up there for a reason
The sand worm riding sequence is phenomenal- Really! That’s a great scene!
The second half of the movie didn’t really meet my expectations, but overall it was pretty decent. 👍

The Fall Guy was robbed
Not a bad film and especially visually really good, but repetitive and boring most of the time.
The second half of the movie didn’t really meet my expectations, but overall it was pretty decent. 👍
