Honestly, Denzel Washington deserved a nomination. He was the most interesting character in the film, and his role helped to make the story at least not as boring as it would've been without him.

But yeah, can't say it deserved much more than that.

I don’t understand why a movie like “Emilia Perez” could get 13 nominations but for this one and so many others to only get one or none at all… such a weird parallel universe we are living right now.
